ZIP Images: workflow and output
Bundle multiple selected images into one ZIP archive for sharing or organisation. The archive preserves the selected file contents rather than converting their formats.
How to use ZIP Images
- Choose multiple images in the file picker.
- Run ZIP creation and download the archive.
- Open the ZIP and check that all intended files are present.
Example and result checks
The test archive contained both sample.png and sample.jpg with their original filenames. Existing compressed image formats may not become substantially smaller inside a ZIP.
What this tool does not do
ZIP creation reads the selected files into browser memory. Files sharing the same name can replace one another in the archive, so use unique filenames.
Troubleshooting and choosing the right workflow
If an image is missing, check duplicate names before retrying. To reduce photographic file size, compress the images first and then package the resulting files.
