Passport Photo: workflow and output
Arrange repeated copies of a photo on a white PNG sheet using common photo-size presets. This helps prepare a printable sheet from an already suitable portrait.
How to use Passport Photo
- Choose a correctly framed portrait.
- Select the size preset and number of copies, from 1 to 30.
- Download the sheet and check print scaling before using it.
Example and result checks
The 35 × 45 mm preset is converted to approximately 413 × 531 pixels per photo at a 300 pixels-per-inch calculation. Copies are arranged in three columns.
What this tool does not do
The portrait is fitted inside each cell; this does not automatically detect the face, replace its background or certify compliance with an authority’s photo rules. PNG printing software may still change physical size.
Troubleshooting and choosing the right workflow
Print at the intended physical dimensions and avoid “fit to page” when it changes photo size. Verify head size, background, expression and recency against the specific application instructions.
